Idiopathic granulomatous mastitis (IGM) is a rare chronic inflammatory condition of the breast that commonly found in young women childbearing age with history recent breastfeeding. In our study, we aimed to present detailed clinical and morphological features IGM cases, diagnostic clues, treatment. The most common presentation unilateral, induration, nipple retraction, even multiple sinus formation often associated an inflammation overlying skin. It usually mimics abscess, rarely cancer. Although etiology still unknown. Many factors, including autoimmunity, infection, chemical agent, lactation, hormonal imbalance, are supposed play role for etiology. Therefore, thorough taking, examination, imaging, histopathology make proper diagnosis determines optimal management be administered. We presenting three cases from practice varying features. After necessary investigation, diagnose it as IGM. There no definitive treatment guideline now. literature, many therapeutic operations, conservative treatment, surgery, steroid, immunotherapy, have been shown. However, successfully treated this patient by incision drainage, surgical debridement, or combination both, followed regular dressing, antibiotics, other supportive measures use steroid.
